TMM to commission 160 ths m2 of residential space in 2009

TMM Real Estate (TR61 GR) General Director Mykola Tolmachov said yesterday (via Interfax) that his company planned to commission 160 ths m2 of residential area in 2009. This figure includes two residential projects in Kyiv (Sonyachna Brama (stage 1) and Aviator) and five projects in Kharkiv. Tolmachov said these projects were currently 60-95% completed. According to Tolmachov, the company’s construction projects are being financed by debt and sales proceeds; Tolmachov said the company’s proceeds from sales in March amounted to UAH 25.3 mln and April to UAH 28.2 mln.
