TMM to finish Kyiv Sonyachna Brama complex in 4Q09

TMM Real Estate reported in a press release this week that it planned to finish the first stage of the Sonyachna Brama business-class residential-office complex in Kyiv in 4Q09. The total area of the project is 234 ths m2. Completion of the second, third and fourth stages of construction are planned for 2010, 2011 and 2012, respectively. A TMM representative said yesterday that the company planned to spend UAH 350 mln overall in 2009 on its projects, 31.2% less than in 2008.
