Trigon Agri AGM OKs share buyback program

Danish Trigon Agri’s (TAGR SS) shareholders, at their AGM yesterday, approved a 10% share buyback program. The company will purchase shares until April 28, 2010. Trigon Agri holds 144 ths ha of agricultural land in Russia and Ukraine.
