Ukraine & EIB Agree To Cooperation

Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Rybachuk signed a framework agreement on cooperation with European Investment Bank (EIB). EIB President Philippe Maystadt expects the first mutual projects to be launched this year. EIB was founded in 1958 to finance the European Economic Community and developing countries in the region. The bank deals primarily with long-term projects. Ukraine expects to draw a EUR 250 mln loan from the EIB this year.
