Ukraine Likely To Extend Visa-Free Regime For Westerners

Ukraine is likely to extend its current experiment on the visa-regime for citizens of the European Union and Switzerland. The number of tourists from Western Europe and the United States has increased by 17% so far this year, according to government officials. European countries have responded in kind, reducing visa fees and restrictions for Ukrainians. Most recently, Estonia eliminated transit visa and single-entry visa fees for Ukrainians.
