Ukraine Pipeline Blast Not To Disrupt Supplies To Europe Gazprom.

An explosion affecting up to 30 meters of one of the main gas pipelines connecting Russia to Europe will not disrupt supplies according to a statement released by Russia’s Gazprom. The blast occurred in the Kyiv region and damaged 30 meters of the Urenhoy-Uzhgorod pipeline. Gazprom has activated a by-pass system to ensure that deliveries will not be disrupted. The cause of the accident was not released.
