Ukraine receives USD 2 bln from Russia?

Interfax reported today that Ukraine received ~USD 2 bln loan from Russia. According to the news, the most likely purpose of the loan is financing a joint Ukraine-Russia project on the construction of two additional blocks at the Khmelnytsk nuclear power plant. According to Interfax, the money is already at the government’s account having increased the NBU’s foreign exchange reserves. No official confirmation of the news has been made by any official so far.
