19 December 2008

According to the Ukrainian ambassador in Belarus, Ukraine is going to sign a contract to export 3.5 TWh in 2007 (40% growth yoy). Alexander Paraschiy: With the Belarusian contract and conditional Russian contract (see our Oct. 26 news), Ukraine can increase electricity exports by about 60% in 2007, to about 16 TWh.
