Ukraine's Total State Debt Up 4% In October.

Total debt equaled USD 16.3 bln as of November 1, 2005. The increase was driven by a 9.1% increase in foreign debt due to the USD 728 mln Eurobond issue made in October. Domestic debt has decreased by 1.9% to USD 13.2 bln – the government has not raised any funds through domestic bond placements since July.
