Ukrainian Banks Catching IPO Fever.

According to the CEO of Ukreximbank, Viktor Kapustin, the bank plans to hold an IPO in 2007. Ukreximbank plans to sell up to 24.9% of its shares to foreign investors. The state-owned Ukreximbank is Ukriane’s sixth largest in terms of assets. In related news Bank Forum (FORM), Ukriane’s 12th largest bank in asset terms, also plans to sell another 10% of its shares to foreign investors before the end of 2006.
