Ukrainian parliament restores VAT refund for grain exporters

The Verkhovna Rada voted yesterday to restore the VAT refund for grain exporters, which was canceled by a new tax code as of July 1, 2011, Interfax reported yesterday. Amendments to the tax code confer the right for VAT refund to a company that purchases grain directly from the producer.
