Ukrainian SEC Registers Kyivmedpreparat’s Additional Share Issue

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Ukraine registered Kyivmedpreparat’s (KMED: N/R) fourfold charter fund increase via an additional share issue by USD 13.9 mln. Investment bank Dragon Capital, who is currently suing Kyivmedpreparat said they consider registration premature, as legality of the additional share issue is still being contested in court.
