Ukrgazbank to Consider 20% Charter Fund Increase

According to Interfax, Ukrgazbank (UGZB: HOLD) shareholders will consider increasing its charter fund by UAH 100 mln (USD 19.8 mln) to UAH 500 mln (USD 99 mln) at its AGM on February 1, 2008. Subscription is scheduled to take place from March 11 to March 31, 2008. Ukrgazbank is the fifteenth largest bank in Ukraine by assets.
