Ukrgazbank Votes For 20% Charter Fund Increase

Ukrgazbank (UGZB: HOLD) announced its shareholders voted for a 20% charter fund increase to USD 119 mln at their EGM on February 1, according to Interfax. The bank will issue 100 mln common shares at par, USD 0.198. Subscription will take place from March 11 to March 31. As of December 1, 2007, Ukrgazbank as the seventeenth largest bank in Ukraine by assets.
