Ukrlandfarming to raise USD 50-80 mln in London IPO

Ukrlandfarming, a Cyprus-registered agricultural holding with assets in Ukraine, is planning to raise USD 50-80 mln via an IPO on London’s AIM in 2010, Interfax said, citing an unnamed source. As of end-2009, the company controlled 110 ths ha spread out across 17 regions of Ukraine and had 26 ths heads of cattle. Ukrlandfarming’s major shareholder is Oleh Bahmatyuk, chairman of the board of Avangard (LSE: AVGR LN).
