Ukrnafta AGM once again cannot meet, still no register

Ukrnafta’s (UNAF) AGM yesterday did not take place due to the lack of a shareholder register – again. The same reason was attributed to the failure of the company’s shareholders to convene an AGM on Dec. 2, 2008. The agenda included consideration of the distribution of profits and dividends for 2006-2007. Failure, yet again, to convene an AGM signals there is still no compromise on key issues between the state (50% shareholder) and Privat (42% shareholder).
