Ukrnafta EGM Fails To Convene without Shareholder Registry

Ukrnafta (UNAF: SELL) failed to convene its EGM yesterday as Ukrnaftogaz, Ukrnafta’s registrar, was forbidden by the courts from providing the company’s shareholder registry. Vladimir Nesterenko: The failure of Ukrnafta’s shareholder meeting was not surprise for us (see our news of April 7, 2008).
