Ukrnafta Raises Oil & Condensate Output 3.1% In 2005.

The company (UNAF: HOLD) extracted 3.12 mln mt of oil & condensate last year. The company’s LPG production grew 7.3%, to 170.5 ths mt and stable gasoline production rose 7%, to 238.7 ths mt. At the same time, Ukrnafta’s gas extraction in 2005 fell 2.3%, to 3.272 bln cm. In 2005, Ukrnafta drilled 59 new oil and gas wells, one well fewer than in 2004. In percentage terms the company’s drilling fell 2.4% yoy, to 161.5 ths m.
