Ukrproduct To Increase Share Capital By 12% To USD 37 Mln.

Ukrproduct, one of Ukraine’s largest dairy producers has announced plans to issue 20 mln news shares at par, increasing its share capital by 12% to USD 37 mln. The company plans to approve this move at its next EGM and use the funds raised from the share capital increase on modernization. The company exports more than 20% of its products abroad to Japan, the Middle East and the former Soviet Union.
