Ukrprombank reaches agreement to restructure 70% of external debt

Ukrprombank agreed with its international creditors on terms to restructure 70% of its USD 120 mln external debt. According to the bank, negotiations on restructuring the remainder are ongoing. Government recapitalization assistance depends on the outcome of the talks. Ukrprombank was Ukraine’s #18th largest bank by assets, according to National Bank of Ukraine statistics as of April 1.
