Ukrprombank to nearly deplete charter fund

Ukrprombank’s temporary administration decided to decrease the bank’s charter fund by about 1,900 times to UAH 0.84 mln. The bank’s statutory capital will be reduced by decreasing the par value of the bank’s shares. Ukrprombank was Ukraine’s #18 largest bank by assets, according to the National Bank of Ukraine, as of April 1.
