Ukrrichflot to consider 2.2x charter fund increase

At their EGM on September 23, Ukrrichflot (FLOT: N/R) shareholders will consider increasing the company’s charter fund by 2.2x to UAH 60.0 mln (USD 12.4 mln) via an additional share issue. The company plans to hold subscription from December 1, 2008 to January 31, 2009.
