Ukrsibbank gets first USD 50 mln tranche of EBRD loan

Ukrsibbank received the first USD 50 mln tranche of a subordinated loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Interfax reported yesterday. The total volume of the loan is USD 100 mln. Mykyta Mykhaylychenko: In total, the EBRD has already committed to providing (or has already provided) subordinated loans or equity financing to five Ukrainian banks for total of some USD 600 mln in 2009.
