Ukrsibbank to boost charter fund by 31.8%

Ukrsibbank shareholders, at their AGM on Feb. 12, will vote on whether to go ahead with a 31.8% charter fund increase to UAH 5.3 bln (USD 686 mln) via an additional share issue. Ukrsibbank’s major shareholder is BNP Paribas (51%). It was Ukraine’s #3 largest lender by assets according to National Bank of Ukraine statistics from Oct. 1, 2008.
