Ukrsotsbank Might Get Rating Upgrades on Acquisition News

In connection with the agreement on the purchase of a 95% stake in Ukrsotsbank (USCB: HOLD) by the UniCredit Group, Fitch, S&P and Moody’s have all announced that they might increase Ukrsotsbank’s credit rating.
