Ukrsotsbank plans 47% charter fund increase

Ukrsotsbank (USCB) CEO Boris Timonkin said yesterday that the lender planned to raise its charter fund by 47% to UAH 1.57 bln, in accordance with NBU stress-test requirements. Ukrsotsbank, the local subsidiary of UniCredit AG, was Ukraine’s #5 largest bank by assets as of Jan. 1, 2009.
