Ukrsotsbank to Issue USD 150 mln in Local Bonds

Ukrsotsbank (USCB: HOLD), to be acquired by UniCredit Bank, announced plans to issue UAH 750 mln (USD 150 mln) in Series F local bonds via private placement. Ukrsotsbank is Ukraine’s #4 largest bank by assets.
