Ukrzaliznytsya could settle up debt to Kryukiv Wagon by December 15

Ukraine’s Minister of Transportation and Communications Josyp Vinsky said yesterday that Ukrzaliznytsya should settle its outstanding debt to railcar manufacturers by December 15. On November 21, Kryukiv Wagon (KVBZ) said that it stopped deliveries of new passenger wagons to Ukraine’s state-owned railway operator over a UAH 200 mln (about USD 27 mln) debt.
