Ukrzernoprom Agro loses 1,740 ha of winter rapeseed

Ukrzernoprom Agro/MCB Agricole (4GW1 GR) reported in a press release this morning that it has lost 1,739 ha of winter rapeseed. Of the amount, 975 ha was lost due to spring frost and the rest did not survive the winter. The loss constitutes 9% of the company’s area sown with rapeseed and 2% of total planted area with spring and winter crops. At the same time, the company said 842 ha out of that area has already been sown with sunflower seeds, and 13 ha with barley.
