Ukrzernoprom Agro to plant 25 ths ha with spring crops in 2010

Ukrzernoprom Agro/MCB Agricole (4GW1 GR) said yesterday in a press release that it planned to plant 25 ths ha in 2010 with spring crops, nearly twice more yoy. The company said it expected to plant 12.6 ths ha with sunflowers, 8.2 ths ha with barley, 3.0 ths ha with mustard plants and 1.3 ths ha with peas. Ukrzernoprom Agro finished its winter planting campaign, sowing 54 ths ha in total: 28.9 ths ha with wheat, 15.8 ths ha with rapeseed, 7.9 ths ha with barley and 2.4 ths ha with rye.
