Ukrzernoprom Agro to plant over 13 ths ha with spring crops

Ukrzernoprom Agro/MCB Agricole Holding (4GW1 GR) said yesterday in a press release that it plans to plant more than 13 ths ha with spring crops this year: 5.6 ths ha with barley, 1 ths ha with corn, 5.4 ths ha with sunflower, and 1.2 ths ha with other crops. The company plans to complete early spring planting by mid-April and its late sowing campaign by the beginning of May. Ukrzernoprom Agro sowed 59 ths ha with winter crops for harvest in 2009.
