According to data from both companies, as of July 1, Kyivstar did not manage to catch UMC in terms of subscriber base: the number of Kyivstar subscribers was 9.33 mln, while UMC had 9.52 mln. Concorde Capital: After Kyivstar’s Eurovision boom, UMC intensified its marketing activity in June, attracting more customers than Kyivstar. We expect the fight for customers to intensify in July, and both companies will increase their subscriber base. We believe that UMC will remain the leader in July.
