Universlana Insurance Announces Plans To Sell Another 16% Stake

Ukraine’s only listed insurer Univerlana Insurance (SKUN) announced plans yesterday to place another 16% stake of the company among foreign investors. In December Concorde Capital placed a 15% stake in Universalna for USD 11.3 mln. Universalna Insurance is part of the Universal Group, which also includes Galnaftogaz (GLNG: HOLD).
