Vanco names partners to develop Prykerchenska offshore area

Yesterday Vanco’s Senior Vice-President Jeff Mitchell named financial partners to explore and develop the Prykerchenska area in Ukraine: Donbas Fuel and Energy Company (DTEK), Shadowlight Investments Limited (related to Russian businessman Eugene Novitskiy) and Integrum Technologies Ltd. Mitchell said that J.N.R. Eastern Investment, company representing Rotshild family, left the project before the Production Sharing Agreement was concluded. According to DTEK CEO Maxim Timchenko, this is a parity partnership, while Vanko leads the project as technical expert.
