Ventura Holdings triples its share in Regal to 16.2%

British investment fund Ventura Holdings increased its stake in Regal Petroleum (LSE: RPT LN, N/R) to 16.2% after acquiring 34 mln shares, according to a Regal announcement on the LSE on Wednesday. Early this month Alfa Capital sold its 9.92% stake in Regal. Smart Holding became majority shareholder of Regal Petroleum in March 2011.
