Vetropack cools to CEE acquisition plans

Swiss glass-bottle manufacturer Vetropack CFO David Zak said this morning that the company has postponed plans to acquire additional factories in Central & Eastern Europe, according to Bloomberg. In October, Vetropack CEO said the company was examining purchases in the Balkans and Ukraine. In 2006, Vetropack acquired 75% of Vetropack Gostomel Glass (GSKZ).
