Vinnifruit Plans To Increase Share Capital By 33%

Vinnifruit (VINIP), a large Ukrainian juice producer, announced that it is planning an additional share issue that will increase its share capital by 32.8% to a total of USD 18 mln. The share issue is related to the company’s recent 24% private placement and will be on the agenda of the company’s AGM on August 4. Subscription is closed and is planned to take place in two stages later this year: Sept. 14 to Oct. 14 and Oct. 15 to Nov. 13.
