Volynoblenergo (VOEN - HOLD) Discloses 2004 Results

The company posted a 2004 net revenue of USD 33.8 mn and net income of USD 0.55 mn. Concorde Capital: The results are comparable to our revenue estimates of USD 34 mn, and net income projections of USD 0.5 mn. Since 2004, the company has changed its accounting policies, so that its reported financials will not need to be restated, as was the case in 2003 (see our Feb. 28 Oblenergo report).
