VTB Capital decreases stake in JKX Oil & Gas to under 5%

VTB Capital, the investment branch of Russia’s state-owned VTB bank, disposed of at least 1.4% of its holdings in JKX Oil & Gas (LSE: JKX LN, N/R), putting it below the 5% share threshold that requires disclosure, according to an announcement on the London Stock Exchange’s Regulatory News Service on Tuesday. JKX shares have fallen 36% since June 23 when VTB Capital acquired a 6.4% stake in JKX Oil & Gas.
