Warsaw Stock Exchange eyes Ukraine’s Innex

Ludwik Sobolewski, president of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), said yesterday it is in talks to take over Ukraine’s Innex Stock Exchange. In 2007, Innex USD 190.4 mln in turnover crossed the Innex Stock Exchange the exchange, and it recorded net revenues of USD 0.8 mln. In 2H07, Russia’s RTS make a bid to acquire a controlling stake in Innex, but the sides never came together on an agreement.
