XXI Century bondholders agree on debt restructuring plan

Holders of XXI Century Investments USD 175 mln Eurobonds agreed on June 3 on the debt restructuring plan proposed by the company. According to the plan, the Eurobonds, that were initially to mature in 2010 and had a put option on May 24, 2009, will be redeemed in five tranches on every November 24 over 2010-2014. The resolution was approved by 99.9% of bondholder votes.
