XXI Century Financial Director Named New General Director

CJSC Investment Company XXI Century, a part of XXI Century Investments (XXIC LN: N/R), approved the appointment of Taras Kutovyy as General Director at an AGM on Sept. 24. Kutovyy was the company’s financial director. Prior to that, Zhora Tsagareishvili was an Interim Acting General Director. Andriy Gostik: We view the news as neutral for the stock. We think that the reshuffle is a technical follow-up of an earlier signing off of the CEO of XXI Century Investments, Mykola Yerzhakhovsky.
