XXI Century Kharkiv To Build Complex for Euro-2012

XXI Century Kharkiv, a joint venture between XXI Century Investments (XXIC LN: N/R) and Kharkiv businessman Aleksey Yaroslavskiy, will build a multifunctional complex on Freedom Square in Kharkiv for the European Football Championships in 2012, the JV’s first announced project. The total area of the complex will be 83 ths m2 and it will be built on a 0.98 ha landplot. The building will feature a Class A office center, five-star hotel, business center and parking. According to a press released (via Ukrainian News), USD 100 mln will be invested into the project. Construction is scheduled to start in 2008.
