XXI Century portfolio value falls 4.4x over 2H08.

XXI Century Investments (XXIC LN) reported that value of its real estate portfolio decreased 4.4x from USD 2,068 mln on June 30, 2008 to USD 474 mln on December 31, 2008. The portfolio was appraised by CB Richard Ellis.
