XXI Century shares suspended at company’s request

27 September 2013

The LSE AIM suspended trading of the shares of real estate developer XXI Century Investments (XXIC LN) following the company’s request filed on September 26. The company informed the AIM and investors that it will be unable to publish its 1H13 report by a September 30 deadline, as its main shareholders have not reached an agreement on “financing”. We interpret this term as financing of the company’s most prospective project, Vyrlytsia, which would give a chance for the company to turn around.
