Yanukovych's Ally Kolesnikov Walks Free from Custody

Kiev Court of Appeals ruled yesterday that keeping the former Head of Donetsk Oblast Council Boris Kolesnikov in custody was unnecessary.  Concorde Capital:  Ukrainian court presented itself again as an independent authority adherent to the rule of law.  The release of Kolesnikov is likely to have a negative effect on the President Viktor Yushchenko?s political coalition?s campaign in the 2006 Parliamentary Elections.
