Yasynuvatsky Machinery to double charter fund

Yasynuvatsky Machinery to double charter fund

24 March 2010

Yasynuvatsky Machinery (UX: YAMZ UK) plans to increase its charter fund by 2.2x to UAH 232.5 mln via an additional share issue, after shareholders passed the measure at an AGM yesterday, according to Interfax. Shareholders also approved of changing the company’s technical legal status to public joint stock company in line with regulatory changes made last year. Yegor Samusenko: We do not recommend participating in subscription, because the subscription price of UAH 5.4 per share exceeds the market price of UAH 1.2 per share.
