Yushchenko Goes To Kazan For CIS Summit.

President Yushchenko left this morning for the Russian city of Kazan for a two day summit with other CIS leaders. The summit will focus on restructuring and reforming the CIS agreement. On Saturday, the President will attend a summit on the Common Economic Space (CES), which is also being held in Kazan.
