Zakarpatoblenergo to make UAH 3.9 mln dividend payout for 2008

Zakarpatoblenergo (ZOEN) shareholders, at their AGM yesterday, approved UAH 3.86 mln dividend payout, equal to 15% of the company’s 2008 net profit. This implies dividend per share of UAH 0.031 and 1.2% dividend yield.
