Zaporizhzhya Governor Yuriy Artemenko on September 21 said he has worked out an agreement with the Zaporizhzhya Aluminum Mill?s (ZALK: BUY) management to help the company return to the differentiated electricity tariffs ZALK enjoyed in 2002 -2004. MP Ivan Bastryga, ZALK?s former CEO, and deputy minister of industrial policy Serhiy Gryshchenko also support the company?s return to preferential tariffs. Concorde Capital: Differentiated electricity tariffs would significantly reduce ZALK?s production costs and allow the company to post healthy margins in 2006 near its 2004 levels.
